synchronizing itunes play list to mp3 player

Hi,

successfully synchronized playlist with mp3 list from my itunes, but now when trying to play on mp3 player device cannot read the format of files. I thought notpod automatically converts apple proprietary format into mp3?

JT! How did you get iTunes downloaded? I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 and cant for the life of me download iTunes! Could you help me, please!
I have an awesome library and am willing to take this tablet back if I have to choose...
