Not installing correctly on xp

Hello, I have the nexus s and was looking for something that would
allow me to use itunes to sync music on my phone, and I so I found
this program. I was going to give it a try, however it doesnt install
correctly on my computer, what could I do?

you you get an error message when installing? Can you please provide some screenshots showing the errors you're receiving?
