Can it create playlists?

I thought this would really solve a problem for me. I want to copy my music AND playlists to a USB disk to be attached to a Cyrus Streamline. This does a good job of copying the music but when viewing it on the Streamline I just see the artist's folder with each of their albums in a subfolder - not in one nice long playlist ordered by Album/Track as I have in iTunes. Can I get the actual playlists on the disk somehow?
