I just bought the LG Optimus G and was hoping I could continue using Notpod (iTunes Agent) to sync my music with it. Unfortunately I'm having trouble doing so. When adding a new device in Notpod, and searching for the music folder in my phone I am unable to select it. I can search my phone's files just fine and it even shows the music folder is in there, but when highlighting it the Ok button is not available. I'm able to select other folders just fine, just not the folders within my phone.

I'm not sure if maybe there is an update coming for this or not, but I just figured I'd see if anybody else out there has had this problem before. Any information is appreciated. Thanks

Hi,

unfortunately Notpod does not support MTP devices, and the LG Optimus G is most likely such a device. In order for Notpod to work with the device, it has to be assigned a drive letter from Windows. If that is not the case, I am afraid you will not be able to use Notpod to synchronize the device.

There is development done towards making a version that is compatible with MTP devices, but due to time constraints this version is not finished, and is unfortunately very unlikely to be finished unless anyone decides to contribute: http://notpod.com/contribute.html
