Galaxy mini not showing as device

I want to download tracks from Itunes to my Galaxy mini phone.
I uploaded Notpod and this is in my system tray, but when I connect
the Galaxy mini to the computer the "mount " message doesn't appear
and I am confused as to how I create a folder for the music as well .
Tried following the instructions but not joy. Device doesn't appear on
Itunes either. Any assistance gratefully received!!!

Hi Angie, 

can you please provide the configuration details you set up for your Galaxy mini in the Notpod preferences dialog?

Screenshot will also be sufficient, if that's easier.

I didn't get that far as the instructions said that when I connected
the phone to the computer I would get a "mount" message & I didn't. I
also don't know where I'm supposed to create the music folder

Hi, I have a similar problem. Notpod won't let me select the music folder on my phone. Or any folder on my phone.
