synchroninzing problem

I'm hoping that you can help me or at least point me in the right direction...
I have been using itunes since maybe 2007. I have a dell laptop (2008) where I stored most of my music. I recently purchased a new dell laptop (2015) and i cannot transfer all of music over. Also, i have a new ipod (2015) which is not syncing with the new dell laptop. To complicate matters more, I have two separate itunes accounts which will not converge. Can any one help me? I'd like my music all in one place. So afraid I'm going to lose it all if the 2008 laptop crashes. Thank you.
