Hi. I hope the devs won't mind me putting in my two cents. Since you
can see the songs on your phone but not play them, I'd guess the issue
is not with Notpod but with your phone. Either some of your song files
are in a format that the phone can't play, or the songs have DRM (copy
protection).

According to http://www.htc.com/help/uk/howto_iframe.aspx?id=93040&type=1&p_id=432,
the Sensation XL can play *.aac, *.amr, *.m4a, *.mid, *.midi, *.mp3,
*.wav, and *.wma files. If you have any files that don't match these
formats (for instance, ogg), they won't play unless you convert them
to a compatible format.

If your songs have copy protection, you'll have to remove it before
transferring them to your phone. You can do this by burning the songs
to a CD and then ripping them back to your computer. (Yes, it's a
pain.) To find out which of your files are protected, open iTunes and
create a smart playlist with the criteria: Kind contains protected.
This will give you a list of the files that have DRM.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.

Cheers,
Chiara

Thanks for stepping in Chiara, I do not mind assistance at all!

As you correctly point out, this may very well be due to formats that your phone is not supporting.

OP; what are the extensions of the files that are not showing up on your phone?

hi chiara, first of all thanks your advices. but problem still going
on with full throttle. i created smart playlist at the itunes like you
said for sure none of them have any protection. by the way they are
all mp3.

also i cleaned all memory, copy my itunes playlist and created a new
clone itunes list with by double twist. now i got little bit increase
synced songz in my playlist. 20 songs more included in the list but
now some artworks has gone.

i'm so bored about htc and android technology. maybe my phone memory
is sh.t. i dunno... maybe i'm so addicted to apple tecnology like
americans. pff. :(

do u want a super clean htc xl cellphone? only a week used. greattt
korean miracle. maybe japan... who cares? shortcut i mean best
tecngoly i have ever seen. :)

i appreciated for your kind effort.

Hi Ugur,

if all the tracks are in a supported format, the reason some tracks are not showing up may be due to your meta data, such as Artist name, track name etc. If this information has not been set, some files might not show up, depending on the music software on your phone.
