itunes agent preference

Hi,

I can't get the itunes agent preference to come up is there something that I am not doing? I install the notpod and it opens up my itunes and then nothing. I go to preference in itunes and can't find the agent.

Hi Bonnie,

Once installed and running, Notpod will be running in your system tray to the right on your task bar. You need to right click the icon and select preferences from there in order to set up Notpod to transfer music to your device.

There are user guides on http://www.notpod.com which shows you how :-)

Let me know if you are still having difficulties.

Thank you but it never went to the system tray nothing is there

I got it up but it won't let me synchronize patterns to itunes and name the device and it won't stay and it won't let me choose the music folder in the phone so is there another way of loading music to samsung/
