error message - exit code: 5

Tried using this but didn't work for me. Got an error-message "exit
code: 5" instead? Anybody out there who knows what went wrong and
could help me make it work. Would really appreciate it.
(PS: the name didn't have any "," in it).

Hi Werner, I just got done updating the FAQ. I added an entry about Exit Codes. Give it a quick look and let me know if you'd like to try to dig deeper to figure this out.
