Noto Serif Bulgarian

Hi,

First I want to thank you for the great font, but there are some differences between Bulgarian and Russian cyrillic that are ignored in most of popular fonts. In the attached image you can check the different symbols.

So I made a Bulgarian cyrillic copy of Noto Serif & Noto Sans.

It will be wonderful if you include it in Noto family. This will make Noto the first free web font with Bulgarian cyrillic.
