Questions about Chinese font

Hello,I am a Japanese named Saijo.
I thank Google Fonts.

I plan to use "Noto Sans SC (Chinese Simplified)" or "Noto Sans SC
Sliced (Chinese Simplified)".

Using registered characters and authentication is different.
As the manager told me.
I want to confirm as the manager told me.
I have some questions.

1)Does font need to be approved by the Chinese government?
Is not it enough to just use 通用规范汉字表（TōngyòngGuīfànHànzìbiǎo） registered
letters?


2)Is there approval other than 3 other?

3)Can "Noto Sans SC (Chinese Simplified)" or "Noto Sans SC Sliced
(Chinese Simplified)" font be used in embedded products for China?
