Deaf Fingerspell fonts

I do have gallauent fonts for the deaf fingerspells it called gallauent.tff for the windows since 25 years ago I do have it. I tried put gallauent fonts in android system it won't allowed me in due to android os. How come they do not exist deaf fonts around the world for the fonts. It is disappointed me for the company doesn't have it.
