I need a Noto alternative to Arial Unicode MS!

I need an alternative to Arial Unicode MS.  In addition to a single font that includes
a variety of language symbols, I use math and other symbols that I haven’t found in
any other font.  Moreover, all of these are found in one font, which I can either search
using the Windows Character Map or Google for the Unicode Code Point.

I need an alternative font for two reasons —

• I would like other font styles beside Arial, and
• I use Adobe InDesign instead of Word, for its superior layout capabilities,
  but for reasons known only to Adobe, access to Arial Unicode MS
  is blocked in InDesign — it doesn’t appear in the available fonts,
  and attempts to paste in characters from this font yield tofu.

Please consider combining all of the Noto alternatives for a each font weight
into a single font, together with the other Unicode characters.
