Query regarding Noto fonts supporting Unicode 16

Hello,

My Name is Nishant Ratnakar. I am a Tulu language native speaker. The heritage script of Tulu language is Tulu script, also known as the Tigalari script. The Tulu script has seen a revival after being sidelined for near 2 centuries after a great deal of research and education initiatives.

Many of us who've invested in the promotion of Tulu script have contributed a great deal in creation of ASCII fonts for Tulu.

Unfortunately there was no UNICODE block for Tulu all these years. With Unicode 16, however things change positively for Tulu.

The latest Unicode release now has a block assigned for Tulu script. It is known as the Tulu-Tigalari block.

As a member of the Tulu speaking community and a s practitioner of the Tulu script, I would love to know if Noto Font's will support Unicode 16 with a Noto Tulu font. Is there work already happening on this front? 

I am eagerly looking forward to hearing from you.
