I my day we went trick or treating until 10 pm. if you did not have at
least one bag of candy you were a corny momma's boy or girl. You
didn't about eating candy that was unwrapped. Remember when getting a
candy apple was the height of the evening. When you got actual store
size candy from someone? You would have a real bag and a fake bag just
in case the older kids tried to snatch your bad. Member when you
actually would wear some kind of costume. Your mom would make you a
costume if you couldn't afford one.
I am truly saddened that children cannot experience some of the same
things I did as a child. Halloween is just another to add to the list.
