Cannot find server error when replying to SMS on mac

I keep getting the following error when trying to reply to SMS:
Safari can’t connect to the server.
Safari can’t open the page “http://192.xxx.x.xx:
8080/%2B44%207792%20335538%267507” because Safari can’t connect to the
server “192.xx.x.xx”.
It works occasionally, but a lot of the time I get this error. Any
ideas why?

I believe the Notify Pro app (a notify.io source) includes, on iPhone, a "reply to SMS" feature. Maybe this is what's being asked about...?

Sorry I am referring to the notify pro iphone app as was pointed out.
Notify.io allows me to reply to an SMS, but recently been getting the
above error...any ideas why this maybe occurring?

I'm the dev for NP's, don't think the problem has anything to do with
notify.io specifically, I include a url when sending notifications
i.e) 192.* and, start a webserver on the iPhone that can be reached
through a web browser as long as you are on the same network as the
iPhone.
Not sure what would cause it to work sometimes, and not other times.
By default the web server only stays active for 120 seconds after
receving its first SMS. This is configurable in NP's settings.
