Is notify.io currently working? I have had a few reports from users
that it is not working for them and when I just test out my own outlet
urls, they both return errors.
It looks like the http://api.notify.io/v1/listen/* urls are being
converted to http://listen.notify.io/~1/listen/*, but neither work.
Does the service need to be kicked?
And to the bigger question, what is the overall status of notify.io
going forward? Dead? Not dead but no plans? Big plans under wraps?

Ah, grr.. Yes, the streaming service was turned off last Friday. I can
have a replacement up soon, but the project has definitely been
stagnant. I think the idea is to return to it and break it down into a
simpler set of services.... but yeah, plans that are tentative. Until
then, it was "working", but now I have to fix it. :)
