About our new Google Groups

First, an apology: This email is going out to everyone on the 3 new Google Groups -- sorry for any (the many!) duplications.
What follows is a brief overview of our three new Google Groups, their participants, and their intended purposes -- all in the hopes that the information will help us acclimatise to our new arrangement:
· The Members Google Group is for use by Kesher members for internal organizational purposes -- for communication amongst members about Kesher meetings, event planning, fundraising, and more. The first people to join this Google Group, to confirm their support for Kesher’s mission and principles and to become Kesher members, have come from the former INNW email listserve. If you wish to be a Kesher member and have not yet done so, please get in touch with Annie (coordinat...@gmail.com).
· The Discussions Google Group is a platform for sharing posts (articles, etc.) and engaging in discussions. It is hosted by Kesher and open to participation by anyone, whether or not they are Kesher members. Everyone that was on the former INNW listserve has been automatically added to this Google Group. If you do not wish to be part of this Google Group, please let Annie know and she’ll remove you.
· The Notifications Google Group is a platform for sharing information about selected upcoming events and actions as well as Kesher updates and other items. It is open to participation by anyone that wants to receive such information, whether or not they are Kesher members. This Google Group is different to the other two in that the only people eligible to post to it are the leadership team and the coordinator -- i.e. recipients will not be able to respond to posts on this platform. Everyone that was on the former INNW listserve has been automatically added to this Google Group. If you do not wish to be part of this Google Group, please let Annie know and she’ll remove you.
Once they have been approved by Kesher members, guidelines (general rules) for participation in the Google Groups will be shared with all participants.
