On behalf of the Brazilian Association of Computational Methods in Engineering (ABMEC), I would like to ask for your support in disseminating the announcement of the 17th World Congress of Structural and Multidisciplinary Optimization (WCSMO-17) with the members of the Asociación Argentina de Mecánica Computacional (AMCA) and the broader Argentinian computational mechanics community.
The congress will be held in Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil, from May 16 to 21, 2027, chaired by Prof. Emilio C N Silva (University of São Paulo). Abstract submissions will open on October 1, 2026.
