Plain text files and option for otl files

In the rc file there is a setting for which files nts should recognize
as text files:

### The extension for plain text note files. Must include the beginning
"."
ntstxt = '''.txt'''

I would like to add ".otl" files to this for having VimOutliner files
available as well. Is that possible?

It would be possible to modify nts so that it could attempt to process both ".txt" and ".otl" files but I don't quite see the point. Otl files are not in nts format and nts would not be able to make sense of them.
