Cannot download program from website also update check not connecting in program

Cannot download program from website also update check not connecting in program.  This started happening about a week ago.  Running windows 11 latest build. 

Is anyone else having this issue?

Didn't see anything unusual in my virus checker.

Running 4.7.9 on Win 10 Edu.  No problem with download/install ... but the "check for updates" suddenly began to fail a couple of weeks ago as you say.

Just now, it actually caused NCP to crash without warning. Here is the warning:

Will make a new release soon to fix this.

I've changed webhosting and now http requests (coded in the app, to check latest version) are not supported, only https is supported.

Thanks Miro for getting back to us!  Love the program!   Yeah the download link started work a few days after I posted my comment.  Look forward to the new program and appreciate your on going development!   The program has been working fine for me other than the unable to check for update message.
