In editing upon my document, I delete a lot of nodes, and most of the time when I do this, the program crashes, I found this occurs within one to three deletes.
I would save before delete each node, and sometimes, I would be just be repeating re-loading, just to have it crash out upon delete same node.
Playing around a bit, it seems that by deleting the contents of the relating node, before deleting the relating node will result in no relating crash.

Hence,

1) there is an issue with crashing upon deleting nodes with content, that, needs fixing, and has been going on since I started using the program.
2) a quick fix solution would be for the app to automatically clear the contents of a node, when the program is about to delete the node.
3) the crash on delete node are not able to be re-produced by simply creating and deleting a empty node, in my case the nodes already, have 5-15 100x100 images and have surrounding page of text and are a part of a larger document.

Hi,
did you get a crash log reported on app relaunch after the crash?
Having such log would help pinpoint the exact issue.

Best regards,
  Miro

Thanks, got the log but no much help from it.
It seems Windows Mingw builds do not generate usable crash backtrace information, will try to fix this first and send you a test build when done.

  Miro

I've created the Windows test build that uses GTK library from gvsbuild project instead of using Mingw, that should solve the debugging issues at least.
The archive is available here:

Can you give it a try and reproduce the issue and send me a new crash report create with this build?
To use, just unpack the archive and click on "notecase.exe" to start.

  Miro
