Problem with plugin

I installed a plugin posted on this forum, sn_tools_v11.ncdb:

This is meant to allow the user to specify views to use with each document, e.g. which columns to display, and to revert to that view on opening/going to that document.

I uninstalled the plugin as I couldn't quite work out what it was doing. However there is still something active there - each time I open/visit a document I get an Info box popping up as follows:

I have now uninstalled all plugins just to be sure I hadn't missed anything - the error message is still there. Can anyone help with this? E.g. is there some manual way of removing a plugin, as in this case using the Plugin Manager doesn't seem to have worked.

Deleting sn_tools.ini in my .notecase directory solved the problem.
