Subject: Air Handling Unit Replacement

A Grove GMK5165 crane (165-ton capacity) will be utilized for the removal of the existing Air Handling Unit (AHU) and the installation of a new AHU on the 2nd story roof of the pavilion.
Tip Height: 182 feet
Helipad Location: The helipad is located on the roof of Level 6.
The crane will be boomed down when not in use.
Appropriate lighting/flagging will be provided when the crane is extended.
Operations will be halted if any inbound helicopter is reported, and we will standby until the helicopter has departed.
