To All Air Medical Prehospital Partners:

As a designated Level I Trauma Center, JPS is committed to maintaining uninterrupted access for critically injured and ill patients. We are writing to inform you of upcoming crane construction that may temporarily impact but not shutdown air medical operations to our facility on March 3rd, 7A - 7P.

For any inbound as well as outbound or departing flights for air medical, we will be communicating immediately through established ED communications channels to make sure crane operations are temporarily shut down, and flights are safe to take place. As shown below in the red rectangle, the crane is located far from the helipad but will be used at heights up to 203 feet. Please follow the same processes for communicating and transporting patients to JPS.

Please disseminate to all operational and communications personnel.
