Good Afternoon,

Kevin Crenshaw spoke with the folks at Methodist Dallas regarding the west pad fire suppression system, and whether or not we can land there to land for picking-up/offloading patients.   Final answer: The WEST PAD is fully OUT OF SERVICE until the fire suppression has been repaired and returned to service.  Aircraft will NOT be permitted to land on the west pad for any reason.  Estimated date for repairs is 11/17.  We will provide updates as they are received.
