All, Re: JPS Patient Pavilion/ED/Trauma Services We will be swapping an Air Handling Unit on the 2nd story roof of our pavilion, on Saturday November 22nd. The anticipated time of crane use is Friday and Saturday as noted below. Date: 11/21/25-11/22/25

We will be swapping an Air Handling Unit on the 2^nd story roof of our pavilion, on Saturday November 22^nd.  The anticipated time of crane use is Friday and Saturday as noted below.

• Date: 11/21/25-11/22/25
• Crane Set Up: 11/21; 8AM-2PM Friday
• Crane Use & Breakdown: 11/22; 6AM-8PM
• Crane: Grove GMK5250XL-1 (300 ton)
• Tip Height: 195 feet
• Remove existing Air Handling Unit (AHU PT-2-05) & set new AHU onto the 2^nd story roof.
• The Helipad is on the roof of Level 6.
• The crane(s) will be boomed down when not in use and we will provide lighting/flagging when extended.
• If/when we receive word of an inbound helicopter, we will halt work and standby until helicopter departure.
