Spam and phishing on notabusroute

If we continue to see spam and/or phishing on notabusroute, I plan to
either shut it down or pass its administration duties on to someone else.

I know there are still issues to be addressed, as witness by Sharon's
Sunday posting, so if you have any ideas about where this list should
go, please let me know. I don't know how else to deal with the above.

Actually, I do know how spam and phishing are dealt with on
this type of list: everything has to go through a moderator
before posting. It's effective, but it slows things down and
creates work. Not what I had in mind.
