For anyone using the LSUIElement in Terminal, you will need to run
this AppleScript to inject SIMBL into Terminal when it launches. The
reason for this is that applications that do not have a menu or dock
do not send notifications about their launch to the system.

Put this anywhere you want on your system and add it to startup items.
Or you could just double click it each time you want to start Terminal
in Visor mode. You would only need to do this one time per computer
start.
