Anyone using Unicorn instead of Passenger or Mongrel to deploy Rails apps?

Based on these:

http://www.slideshare.net/igrigorik/no-callbacks-no-threads-railsconf-2010

Goliath sounds like something making a change for (when it's released).

Until then, I'm not sure the perf increase from Unicorn makes it worth
switching (at least from passenger.)

Also, the recent Passenger 3.0 beta post makes it sound like there
will be some nice performance improvements.
