Hi Kevin,
10gen has put together a conference for the Denver/Boulder
community about MongoDB, an open source non-relational
database. It will be held in January, and I hope some of your
group members might be able to make it. Could you possibly
forward the information below to your groups members? We'd
really appreciate the help in getting the word out!
Thanks
Adam Kroll
Hello Colorado Rubyists,
Mongo Boulder is a one day conference focused on MongoDB, the
leading open source, non-relational database. MongoDB is
currently used in production by companies like Shutterfly, The
New York Times, Wordnik, Intuit, IGN, and Craigslist. The
agenda will include talks by key engineers involved in
developing the database as well as users who have volunteered
to provide a perspective on their own experience with MongoDB.
The event is hosted by 10gen, the company that develops and
supports the database.
Until January 5th, you can register at the early bird rate,
which is half off the general admission price!
When: January 21st, 2011
Where: Marriott Boulder, 2660 Canyon Boulevard, Boulder CO
