Like most social engineering attempts, I think this one has some basic flaws.

Firstly, I think they oughta take a closer look at how the implementation of the Hooten plan is doing.

With the objective of the "neutralization of German ‘aggressiveness’", they import as breeding stock young men from Turkey(ie), the Arab Middle East and Northeast Africa, and from the Maghreb?

For whom passivity and civility are somehow signal characteristics?
