How can I connect to NOSTR?

I try to find how can I get data from nostr but I not found anything. I've try to connect to websocket it work! but I don't get how can I send data to NOSTR network.

Another thing to checkout is https://ndkit.com/, it takes care of low level implementation so you can build on top of the protocol more easily
