The PR change specifies that adding Badge Definition 'a' tags to a Classified Listing event for access control. 

I've coded its usage in a library, and then in a demo app that uses that library, and tested it works against the Damus relay.

A client can check if a user has been awarded all the specified badges before granting access to the product / service specified by the Classified Listing event.

Despite it's name, "Classified Listings" seems to be the best event that generally describes a resource. Is there a better one? Should I have specified an new Kind?

Do you know of any other efforts based on Nostr for access control / authorization?
