hi,

i will be away in lovely Vanuatu for the PacINet meeting in two weeks
(talking about cloud architectures) and till then it looks like i have
heaps of stuff on my plate, including a introduction talk about NoSQL
at the Flash Code Camp next weekend.
this puts our next meeting a bit further back as i would have wanted i
fear - any ideas for a good day after the 19th? or maybe a short one
before but i may not be as prepared as i would love to :-)

today i found this wonderful announcement from the cloudant guys who
released their hacked version of CouchDB. this might be that answer
some of you asked me about continuous replication. i did not yet have
time to play with it but i will seriously look at it and maybe have
first results till our next meeting.

I'm cool with whenever after the 19th as I'm quite busy myself too.

to NoSQL winter Wellington
After the 19th sounds good for me.

Also the NZ Python conference is still taking submissions for speakers
if anyone is interested.
