True PDF for CAP Theorem paper

For those of you that use Skim (http://skim-app.sourceforge.net/) to
read pdf and want to take notes in it: The CAP Theorem paper on the
NoSQL Philly site is a scan, not a true PDF therefore you can't
actually highlight. I found a PDF version on the interweb:
