Sorry for the slow reply here too, been away at a conference last week
and am quite busy generally! So like Makoto can't really do bi-weekly
meet ups but something maybe monthly would be good.
The new google perculator paper seems quite interesting and a slightly
different topic of scaling data-processing, which I always think seems
to be missing from the discussions about "nosql" systems.
Also regarding the hbase talk the November huguk is hbase theamed,
which I'm giving a talk at, so that may be a better place for that
talk? I think the November one is full for talks now but they are
regularly every month.
