Job Details:-

Required Skills Technical Skills- PL/SQL, Claims, Product and Pricing testing, Facets - Membership

Skills Mandatory: Facets Config testing, QA Test planning and execution, Onshore-Off shore coordination

Must haves for this Role:

·         10 years in Facets experience and how codes are used

·         Experience in facets configuration testing in PDBC, PDVC, data model, Pricing configuration, claim processing, claim benefits, Pre auth, facets Product and pricing testing.

·         Good knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial Healthcare experience

·         Understands Architecture of Facets

·         7+ years of working experience in Facets configuration, facets Membership, claims/provider modules and Working experience with Facets data models\facets backend tables\online screen

·         Good experience with Oracle or another equivalent database tools.

·         Experience writing extensive SQL queries

·         Excellent communication, analytical and critical thinking skills.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

·         Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Facets application configuration testing.

·         Analyze test results and identify defects in the Facets application configuration.

·         Work closely with developers/Analyst to resolve defects and issues.

·         Participate in the UAT phase of the software development life cycle.

·         Document defects and issues in the defect tracking system.

·         Provide accurate and timely status reports on testing progress to project stakeholders.

·         Collaborate with the project team to ensure the successful delivery of the Facets application configuration.

·         Analyze the requirements in detail and participate in the gap analysis by providing comprehensive comparison with product features inclusive of identifying areas where customizations, solutioning building needs to take place

·         Coordinate with Offshore / onsite team for requirements gathering / functional clarifications and Task assignment.

·         Provide daily status reports, raise issues / risks / dependencies with the Client

·         Review deliverables generated for the track or module to ensure that they meet the necessary quality norms

·         Interact with onsite - offshore team to ensure issue resolutions –

·         Create impact analysis for change requests/ maintenance issues in own area of work and seek review from Product Consultant
