Responsibilities:

15 years’ experience as a Business Analyst with strong Crop insurance domain experience

5+ years of experience working as a Program Manager.

Strong insurance domain functional expertise and support solutioning

Experience in Agile / Scrum projects with onsite-offshore delivery model

Strong BA experience with the ability to drive and influence business conversations.

Hands on experience writing user stories, product model, rating and form specifications.

Excellent communication, client interfacing and documentation skills
