· We want a Sr. MS Dynamics Developer to have experience doing system integration and data model design artifact creation and communicate why and how we can use Dynamics component based patterns for solution configuration, reuse and implementation, in addition to doing hands-on build, configure, test and deployment work.

 

· The Intermediate Dynamics Developer should also have the ability to do trade-off analysis between reusing and configuring versus doing custom component development, in order to work with the Solution Architect. The person in this second Developer role should also have the ability, and desire, to write user stories, user acceptance testing suites of role-specific test cases and be able to sequence integration tests, UAT tests and deployment activities in sprint-based releases to support a product backlog increment-driven, multi-work package organized set of releases.
