12+ Months Contract

 

(Hybrid- 3 days/week)

 

Job Description:

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Test Analyst with proven experience in Salesforce and nCino to support end-to-end testing for our enterprise banking transformation program. This role will be integral in validating the functionality, performance, and data integrity of a multi-pod platform implementation that spans origination, underwriting, booking, document prep, and CRM processes.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, nCino workflows, and commercial banking processes. AgLending a Plus, but not required.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manual testing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom objects), preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience testing nCino platform modules (preferably commercial lending), preferred
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in using test management and bug tracking tools, similar to ADO.
• Experience with test management tools such as Redgate, preferred.
• Strong understanding of data, data relationships, SQL, database configurations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in test analysis and requirement validation.
• Ability to perform risk-based testing and prioritize test efforts accordingly.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with testing tools.
• Experience testing data migration or data transformation between legacy systems and Salesforce/nCino.
• Knowledge of banking or financial services, particularly lending workflows.
• Familiarity with API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
