Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced End Point Senior Infrastructure Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of end-user computing solutions. This role requires deep technical knowledge of VMware, Microsoft Intune, SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), and performance monitoring tools to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of end-point infrastructure across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong hands-on expertise, and the ability to collaborate across technical teams to deliver scalable and secure endpoint management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Architect and implement end-user computing platforms and endpoint management strategies.

Lead the design and deployment of VMware-based VDI environments and virtualization platforms.

Develop and maintain endpoint management frameworks using Microsoft Intune and SCCM for both on-prem and hybrid environments.

Optimize system performance and conduct regular performance monitoring, diagnostics, and tuning for endpoints and infrastructure components.

Collaborate with security, networking, and cloud teams to align endpoint strategies with enterprise policies and architectures.

Define and enforce endpoint compliance, software deployment, patch management, and device lifecycle policies.

Drive automation and efficiency through scripting (e.g., PowerShell) and policy-based configuration.

Document architecture standards, build processes, and support procedures.

Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers and support staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a focus on endpoint architecture and design.

Expert-level knowledge of:
-
VMware Horizon and related virtualization tools.
-
Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and MDM/MAM strategies.
-
SCCM/ConfigMgr for endpoint management, deployment, and compliance.

Endpoint performance monitoring tools (e.g., SCOM, Nexthink, ControlUp, or similar).

Experience with Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile endpoint strategies.

Strong understanding of Group Policy, Active Directory, Azure AD, and hybrid identity models.

Demonstrated ability to design and implement secure, scalable, and highly available endpoint solutions.

Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, VBScript).

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as VMware VCP, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Intune Administrator, or MCSE.

Experience in Zero Trust architectures and modern security frameworks.

Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
Working Conditions:
