Can I use noserub to implement my own social networking site

Hi guys,

I just wanted to know whether I can make use of NoseRub to implement a
social networking site. There is a lot more which I want to add to the
basic social networking setup and was looking out for a base version
implemented already which I could use and built over the new modules
upon it. Just to save on time.

Any help here is appreciated.
