Install and configure Localizarion

Hullo lads,

I have just finished (100% yay!) a UK English > Brazilian Portuguese
transtion for the community.
Now, I'd really like some good old zap-on info on how to install the
new pt_br POs within a NoseRub functional installation.

I've got the POs/MOs at hand but no clue as to what needs to be done
now...

PS: Is it the same deal with other languages?
