nose 0.8.4 has been released. This is a small bugfix release. Thanks to
Titus Brown for reporting the bugs:

- TypeError exceptions in fixtures (setup/teardown functions or
methods) would be silently ignored.

- Some combinations of fixture names and arg specs could cause multiple
fixtures to be called when only one should be.
