nose is moving

Due to the extended outage at http://nose.python-hosting.com, I've
decided to move nose's subversion and issue tracking to google code.

nose's new home will be: http://code.google.com/p/python-nose/

Unfortunately it appears likely that the subversion history and all
trac tickets are lost, possibly permanently. If you have entered
tickets at the old site that were not yet closed, please re-enter them
at the new site. Subversion will be populated as soon as possible,
which I hope will be later today or tomorrow, but will only include the
most current revisions in trunk and the 0.10 work branch.
