Dear residents of Norwood, Orchards, The Gardens and Cheltondale,

 

More information on the Paterson Park rezonings has come to light. Of great concern is the scale of the development, in particular:

·         A 10 storey building on the corner of Lucy Lane and Louis Road, the entrance of which will most likely be on Lucy Lane;

·         A 10 storey building in the Pikitup depot, accessible from an extension of Short road;

·         A 12 storey building on Paterson Road; and

·         3 six storey buildings and 3 three storey on erven in Victoria Ext 3, with access on to Algernon and Frances Roads.

I encourage you to have your say and raise an objection. I have attached a standard objection letter. If you agree with it, please complete your details and send it to the mail addresses on the top of the letter and copy noraco...@gmail.com, or simply send your signed objection to noraco...@gmail.com and we will collate these and forward to the City of Johannesburg.
