Many european country do not have yet a -welcome groups like Moldavia,
Romania, Bulgaria, some former Yugoslavia
and Portugal, Armenia and some smaller, like Vatican.

Uk-England might leave the Union, if Conservatives win. Problem is
the bureaucracy in Bruessel and Luxemburg without heart and corrupt
politicians ?
