How do I turn off Norton Firewall and turn on Windows Firewall!?

Hello world.

Although I'm pleased with the Norton Antivirus program, I'm not pleased with the built-in firewall. I want to use the Windows 10 firewall because I'd like to control what's going on, on my computer without a 'black box' firewall with no options, other then turning off 'Smart Firewall', which doesn't allow me to turn on Microsoft Firewall that I prefer for obvious reason I mentioned earlier on. 

Since I cannot find this information I'd like to know how to achieve this? Thank you so much for your time.

You cannot enable the Windows Firewall by turning off the Norton Firewall.  Windows do not allow it.  Windows cedes most firewall functionality to any installed third-party firewall and disables the Windows Firewall to prevent possible conflicts.  The only way to use the Windows Firewall is to uninstall any third-party firewall.
