Please take note of the following dates as we begin to focus on the
upcoming Christmas season:
Advent 2007
November 25.......Prophet candle.......Jesus You Are Him (choral/band/
orchestra and visual arts performance)
December 2.......Bethlehem candle.......One Small Child (choral/band/
orchestra and dramatic performance)
December 9.......Shepherd candle.......Glory in the Highest (choral/
band performance)
December 16.......Angel candle.......Not A Silent Night (vocal/band
performance)
December 23.......Christ candle.......The King Is Coming (choral/band/
orchestra performance)
Where Are You Christmas? (Dinner Theater and Concert)
December 2.......Tech rehearsal.......5:30 PM (plan on 4
hours).......All actors and theater vocals are expected
December 3.......Tech rehearsal.......6:00 PM (plan on 4
hours).......All performers are expected
December 4.......Dress rehearsal.......6:00 PM (plan on 4
hours).......All performers are expected
December 6.......Dress rehearsal.......6:00 PM (plan on 4
hours).......All performers are expected
December 7.......Performance.......6:00 PM stage call and 7:00 PM
curtain opens
December 9.......Performance.......5:00 PM stage call and 6:00 PM
curtain opens
Adult Ticket.......$20 (includes meal/drink/dessert and show/concert)
Child Ticket.......$5 (offered to children ages 5 through 12)
(includes child's meal/drink/dessert and show/concert)
Show-only.........$8 (includes show/concert)
Please begin preparing now for this traditionally busy and
rewarding season. The more we prepare them now, the less frustration
we will experience during this particular week. Commit to prayer,
commit to humilty, and commit to disciplined preparation of your
role(s) in this event.
